Wealth Magazine Investor Education

Ever since I started following Wealth Magazine Investor Education I have been extremely pleased with my progress on how much better my financial skills and understanding have become.  That is why I have decided to start a Wealth Magazine Investor Education blog.

My Finances Before Wealth Magazine Investor Education

I have made a lot of bad decisions in my life.  When I was younger I spent alot of time on the “financial treadmill”.  To put it bluntly, I made a lot of money and I spent as much as I made.  The more I made, the more I spent and the more I got in debt.  This didn’t end well for me.  I ended up losing my job when the dot com bubble burst and the high paying technology sales jobs I had were no longer to be found.  Before Wealth Magazine Investor Education I was a spending idiot that got myself into debt, made bad investment decisions with a lot of high risk stocks, and ended up in the financial gutter.

My Wealth Magazine Investor Education

I needed a complete paradigm shift, something that could “show me the light” so to speak.  This is when my friend Rodney introduced me to Wealth Magazine Investor Education.  Rodney was a real class act and owned his own insurance agency where he did quite well.  We knew each other since high school and played raquetball on the weekends.  He watched my career surge and was impressed with the amount of money I was raking in but he tried to warn me several times to prepare for “famine”.  Of course I didn’t listen, but when things were tough Rodney helped me out of a few financial jams.  I asked him where he learned such great financial skills.  “Wealth Magazine Investor Education”, is all he said.  I said, “what’s that”, and he replied “it’s how I manage to stay ahead in any financial environment”.

I was intrigued so the first thing he did was introduce me to a few good books.  My favorite book was The Millionaire Next Door which showed me that I was the guy on the “financial treadmill” and I needed to change.  It was eye opening to really find out that most true millionaires are the ones saving and investing while driving ordinary cars.  The people driving the expensive cars and had the nice houses were making a lot of money – BUT, they had none!

Wealth Magazine Saves the Day

I probably have Rodney more to thank than anything.  I needed some direction and he pointed me the way.  It’s crazy how a shift in thinking can make such a huge difference in life when it comes to finances.  Thank you Wealth Magazine Investor Education (and Rodney!)
